All my life, 40 years of it, i have been fortunate to ride on the shoulders of great people who have invested in me, supported me, and given me platforms to showcase my talent and unleash my potentials. As a young man of extremely humble beginnings, I count myself extremely privileged to have been gracefully favored to benefit from the help of numerous people, taking journeys and decisions which today have made me the man I am.
Today, I am delighted to announce the establishment of the ‘Seun Fakuade Scholarship Fund, aimed at providing educational opportunities for exceptionally bright individuals who come from disadvantaged backgrounds. This scholarship fund is my humble effort to give back to society and support talented individuals who lack the financial means to pursue their dreams, as well as provide the mentorship required to sharpen their vision and explore their world.
The ‘Seun Fakuade Scholarship Fund will provide scholarships to deserving students, enabling them to pursue their higher education goals without the burden of financial constraints. In addition to financial assistance, the scholarship program will also include an active mentorship component to guide and inspire the recipients throughout their academic journey.
To be eligible for the ‘Seun Fakuade Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Applicants should have a proven track record of academic excellence, as evidenced by their academic records and recommendation letters.
New students must show exceptional promise as demonstrated by their previous academic performance, results, and high recommendations.
The scholarship is specifically targeted towards individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds who lack the financial means to pursue higher education.
Demonstrated potential: Applicants should exhibit a high level of potential and promise in their chosen field of study, showcasing their passion and dedication.

Applicants must be an indigene of Ekiti State
Possession of a valid means of identification (e.g. National ID card, Voter’s card, International passport, Driver’s license, etc.)
Interested individuals can apply by either filling out the online application form or submitting a referral application in support of a person online.
The application form will require applicants to provide personal information, academic records, financial documentation, and a statement of purpose explaining their aspirations and how the scholarship will impact their lives.
Applicants are required to submit two credible referees for their application to be considered.
In addition to self-applications, we encourage individuals who know talented individuals from underprivileged backgrounds to refer them to the 'Seun Fakuade Scholarship Fund.
By filling out the referral form, you can play an instrumental role in identifying and supporting deserving candidates who may otherwise go unnoticed.
The selection committee will carefully review all applications and consider the academic achievements, financial need, and potential of each applicant. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview to further assess their suitability for the scholarship.
The final selection will be based on a holistic evaluation of the applicants' academic merit, financial circumstances, personal drive, and future goals.
